Jennifer Klein

2024
Recipient: Jennifer Klein
David Trigaux Innovation Award

We had the honor and pleasure of presenting the 2024 David Trigaux Innovation Award to Weston High School social studies teacher Jennifer Klein.

Ms. Klein was recognized for her indefatigable pursuit of knowledge and excellence in teaching her students, which she does in varied settings and classes using individualized approaches and techniques. In the words of nominator Nicholas Torres, Jennifer is “committed to teaching challenging topics in history in honest and age-appropriate ways using current best practices.” She supports her students in their academic journeys by focusing on what is most effective for each of them. Additionally, she is constantly striving to enhance the content of her courses through studies of her own, including attending conferences here in the US and abroad.

Ms. Klein’s commitment to the welfare of her students and her dedication to their education on important topics – along with her constant innovative and collaborative approaches to achieving these goals – led us to present the 2024 David Trigaux Award to her with our profound thanks and congratulations!
